Sanderson Business Centre Gosport

The Directors of Spar Investments Ltd are very grateful for the continuing support of Lloyds Bank (Veryan Barlow) who have helped to secure a very positive future for The Sanderson Business Centre in Gosport. We bought the 180,000 sq ft building just over 3 years ago and it is currently home to 93 commercial licencees, some of whom have been there since the 1980s!

Spar Investments is committed towards a program of improvement works to the building - cosmetically, structurally and also streamlining its functionality - and we have built up a positive cashflow to enable us to undertake some significant capex improvements over the next phase.

Of course, it is a big old town centre building (on 3.7 acres) so it will take time! However, over the next few years, we will continue to roll out our program of renovating units as they become available and improving its energy performance to meet EPC national targets set for a few years time. We will continue to modernise the current utilities and improve access facilities to ensure that the site continues to provide the level of services that businesses expect in 2025.

We have a highly capable onsite management team who are always available to help with any enquiries. We currently have several refurbished industrial, trade counter and office units available and will try to accommodate most space requirements where we can.
