WHAT DO WE DO?

Casper Douglas Photography is a photographic blog dedicated to showcasing Our_World_In_Focus, featuring some of its diverse physical presence through amazing people and places. We hope to build a like-minded community around photography through natural, unposed images, highlighting street scenes, events and festivals, as well as urban & natural environments.

PEOPLE

People add quality to every backdrop. Characters define locations and always add something to their environment.

It might not always be positive but it will help make the recorded memory unique.

PLACES

Our environment defines us and our mood - which can often be a mix - comfortable or uncomfortable, relaxed or restless, whether we are at work or at home, or somewhere else. However the place doesn't move. We can choose to stay or leave. 

People travel to enjoy visiting the variety of different styles of buildings all around the world.

EVENTS

People are inherently sociable beings in the main. Events provide structured reason/opportunity to get together.

We do not need events though to meet and chat to others. This often happens spontaneously and these moments often provide good opportunities for capturing unposed images.

COMMUNITY GIVING

Our aim is to use our photography to raise required funds to go directly into community projects.

We support established networks and community funds who already undertake so much good work in these areas.

 

We have historically focussed upon London, Manchester, Liverpool, Surrey, Hampshire & the Isle of Wight plus overseas.
